As the supervisor of PD Hub, I am responsible for ensuring that your experience with us is smooth and exceptional. I lead the coordination of workshops and oversee everything from the initial setup to the course completion. Whether you need help with enrollment, transcripts, receipts, invoices, refunds, or have any special requests, I am your go-to person. Since 2019, I've served as the Teaching and Learning Marketing and Communications Specialist, bringing 20+ years of district experience. I oversee the Bulletin blog, manage social media for our professional development hub, and lead strategic branding initiatives with consultants, embodying Kent ISD's values of excellence, relationships, equity, and innovation. Leading diverse teams in developing targeted promotional plans, I enhance district engagement and increase course registrations while facilitating branding exercises, creating impactful logos, and ensuring ADA compliance for our websites. Committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I integrate inclusive practices into all marketing endeavors, ensuring accessibility and diversity in registrations. Certified as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) by AMA and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, I bring advanced marketing knowledge and strategic insight to every project. I actively contribute to education and marketing practices, and I'm involved with AMA and MSPRA. Outside work, I enjoy running, cooking, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and volunteering at Happy Cat Cafe with my children.

Weather Policy
1. If a participant's local district is closed, but Kent ISD Educational Service Center is open, the course(s) will still be held, and refunds will not be issued.
2. Unless otherwise notified by Kent ISD via email, virtual courses will proceed as planned.
3. If Kent ISD Educational Service Center is closed, all in-person course(s) are canceled. Verify building closings: 616-365-2234
